Perspecto is built to need as little of your data as possible. You can use the free version without creating an account. This page explains what data is involved when you do, in plain language.
Whatever you upload into Perspecto - a screenshot, a design, anything - is processed entirely in your own browser. The 3D rendering, shadows, and export all happen on your device. Your images are never uploaded to, or stored on, Perspecto's servers. We simply never see them.
Perspecto uses Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to understand overall usage - which pages get visited, which features get used, roughly how many people use the tool. This is aggregated, anonymized usage data. It never includes your images or anything you create with them.
Google Analytics may set cookies in your browser to distinguish one visitor from another. You can block or clear these through your browser's own settings at any time.
Perspecto Pro purchases are processed by Polar.sh, an independent payment processor. Perspecto does not directly collect or store your payment card details - Polar's own privacy policy governs how they handle that information.
Once you activate a license key, your Pro status is stored locally in your browser's storage, not on Perspecto's servers. Validating a license key does send that key to our server briefly, to confirm it's genuine with Polar - nothing else about your device or your content is sent along with it.
Since most of what Perspecto stores lives in your own browser (your Pro status, saved presets, export counts), clearing your browser's site data removes it. Analytics data is retained according to Google's and Vercel's standard retention settings.
Perspecto is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
