These terms cover using Perspecto, the browser-based 3D mockup tool at perspecto.io. By using Perspecto, you agree to them.
Perspecto lets you turn images and designs into 3D mockups directly in your browser. A free tier is available with no account required. Perspecto Pro is an optional one-time purchase that unlocks additional features, described on the site at the time of purchase.
You retain all rights to whatever you upload into Perspecto. We don't claim any ownership over your images or the mockups you create, and as explained in the Privacy Policy, we never see or store your content in the first place - it's processed locally in your browser.
Perspecto Pro is a one-time payment, not a subscription - there's no recurring charge. Payments are processed by Polar.sh, an independent payment processor, and are subject to their terms as well as ours.

Perspecto is provided "as is." We work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perspecto and its creator aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms or the service itself over time. Continuing to use Perspecto after a change means you accept the updated terms.
