Rotato is a great Mac app for animated 3D device mockups. If you're not on a Mac, don't need a phone model around your screenshot, or just want a quick 3D hero image, Perspecto does that job in any browser - free to start, $19 once for Pro.

If you need a photorealistic iPhone or MacBook rotating through a scene - an App Store preview video or a launch film - Rotato's device models and animation timeline are built for exactly that, and Perspecto doesn't try to replace them.
Perspecto is free to use with every effect, 3 watermarked PNG exports a day, and no account. It tilts your image in 3D rather than using device models. Rotato itself also has a free web beta.
Rotato's full app is for macOS 11 or newer; it also has a browser-based web beta. Perspecto runs in any browser on Windows, Mac, Linux, iPhone, iPad and Android.
Perspecto exports short GIF and video loops of your tilted image (Pro). For long, multi-shot device animations, Rotato's timeline is the better tool.
