Text mode in Perspecto comes with 40 built-in font families. All of them are released under the SIL Open Font License 1.1, which lets anyone use them freely - including in commercial work, and including the vector outlines you export from Perspecto.
The font files are served from perspecto.io itself, not from a third-party font service, and each family's full license travels with it. Fonts you upload or pick from your computer stay on your device and are covered by their own licenses.
